Event Outline

Entry Period	21 July 2025 - 10 August 2025
How to Apply	Please apply for PassMarket.
Kickoff	18 August 2025 18:00–19:00 at online
Development Period	18 August 2025 - 29 August 2025 * You can develop freely with your team during this period.
Presentation	30 August 2025 13:00-18:00 (Note: participants are expected to gather at 10:00)
Presentation Venue	Reference Eki-Higashi Building Conference Room H-2 At least one presenter from each team must come to the venue. Please note that travel expenses will not be provided.
Awards	Multiple outstanding works will be selected by the judges. The winning teams will be awarded prizes.
Judging Criteria	The following points will be judged comprehensively: Originality (Is there originality in the technology or technical combination?) Technical Merit (Is the technology you use advanced?) Growth Potential (What kind of ripple effect can we expect in the future?) Reproducibility (Does it actually work beyond just ideas and presentations?)
About the Presentation	Each team will have 180 seconds for the presentation. No extensions. The presentation may be stopped midway if it is determined that someone is infringing on another person’s copyright.
